Do I need an account to book? +

No account is required to get quotes. You only create one when confirming a booking — it takes under a minute and lets you track your order afterward.

How quickly can I get a dumpster? +

Most providers in our network offer same-day or next-day delivery. You'll see the earliest available windows when comparing quotes. Availability depends on your area and the provider.

Can I specify where on my property the dumpster is placed? +

Yes — during checkout you can add placement notes and even upload or annotate a photo showing exactly where you want it. Your driver will do their best to honor the placement.

What sizes do you offer? +

We offer 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 yard dumpsters. The 20 yard is most popular for residential projects. Visit our Sizes & Pricing page for a full breakdown.

My dumpster hasn't arrived — what do I do? +

First check the delivery window in your confirmation email. If you're past that window with no update, email hello@dumpx360.com with your order ID and we'll contact the supplier immediately.

How do I request pickup when I'm done? +

Email hello@dumpx360.com with your order ID and your preferred pickup date. Pickup typically happens within 1–2 business days of the request.

Can the dumpster be placed on the street? +

Some municipalities require a permit for street placement — that's the customer's responsibility to obtain. DumpX360 and its suppliers are not liable for fines resulting from unpermitted street placement. Check with your city before booking.

What if the driver can't access my property? +

If access is blocked on delivery day, the driver will attempt to contact you. If delivery can't be completed, a redelivery fee may apply. Make sure access is clear and gate codes are included in your booking notes.

What exactly am I charged at booking? +

You're charged the flat rental fee for your selected period (3, 7, 14, or 30 days) at the time of booking. No daily charges apply within your rental window. Overweight fees and extended rental fees only apply if triggered.

What is an overweight fee? +

If your load exceeds the included weight limit for your dumpster size, the disposal facility charges an overage — passed through to you at cost with no markup. You'll receive an itemized receipt showing the exact facility charge.

I was charged an unexpected fee — what happened? +

Unexpected charges are either overweight fees (load exceeded the weight limit) or extended rental fees (dumpster kept past the rental period). Email hello@dumpx360.com with your order ID and we'll send you a full breakdown.

How do payouts work for suppliers? +

Suppliers receive 85% of each completed order. Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe within 2 business days of confirmed delivery. No invoicing needed.

What is the cancellation policy? +

Cancellations 24+ hours before delivery: full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery: 50% refund. Cancellations after delivery: no refund — a pickup fee may apply.

How do I cancel my order? +

Email hello@dumpx360.com with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. We'll process the refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Can I extend my rental instead of cancelling? +

Absolutely — extensions are easier and cheaper than a second booking. Email us with your order ID and the new end date you need. Extensions are billed at your daily rate.

How do I apply to become a supplier? +

Visit our Become a Supplier page. The application takes 2 minutes and connects your Stripe account for payouts. We review and approve within 24 hours.

How does the 15% commission work? +

DumpX360 takes 15% of each completed order. You keep 85%, paid automatically via Stripe within 2 business days of confirmed delivery. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no charge on orders that don't complete.

How do I update my pricing or service area? +

Email suppliers@dumpx360.com with your business name and the changes you need. We'll update your profile within 1 business day.
