DumpX360 ("we", "us", "our") is a dumpster rental marketplace headquartered in Marble Falls, Texas. We operate the website dumpx360.com and the DumpX360 mobile application. Contact: hello@dumpx360.com
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & contact information: name, email address, phone number, and street address when you create an account or request a quote.
- Booking & transaction data: dumpster size, delivery address, rental dates, debris type, and payment records (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).
- Supplier information: business name, owner name, email, phone, service area zip codes, pricing, fleet inventory, and Stripe account details for payout processing.
- Usage data: pages visited, device type, browser, IP address, and referring URL, collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools.
- Location data: delivery address and, if you permit it, approximate device location to help match you with nearby providers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and manage your dumpster rental bookings
- To match customers with available local suppliers
- To process payments and issue receipts via Stripe
- To send booking confirmations, delivery updates, and receipts
- To improve the platform and troubleshoot technical issues
- To respond to support inquiries
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to operate the service:
- Suppliers: We share your delivery address, contact name, phone, and order details with the dumpster supplier fulfilling your booking.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
- Service providers: We may use third-party tools for analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to operate the website (session management, security). We may also use analytics cookies to understand how people use our site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. A full cookie preference center is coming soon.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and booking records for up to 3 years after your last activity to comply with tax and legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 8.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We use access controls, encrypted storage, and regular security reviews to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

9. Children's Privacy
DumpX360 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email.
