Welcome to DumpX360. By using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

DumpX360 is a dumpster rental marketplace that connects customers with local dumpster providers ("Suppliers"). We facilitate bookings, payments, and dispatch — but the physical rental service is provided by independent Suppliers.

2. Rental Period & Flat Fee

Your rental period begins on the confirmed delivery date. You are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is accessible for pickup at the end of your rental period.

3. Extended Rental Fees

If the dumpster is not ready for pickup by the end of your rental period:

• A daily extended rental fee applies for each day beyond your rental period
• Extended rental rates vary by dumpster size and will be communicated at booking
• Extended rental charges are automatically billed to your payment method on file via Stripe
• You will receive an email notification before any extended rental charge is processed

4. Overweight Fees

Weight limits by dumpster size:

• 10 Yard: 2 tons included
• 15 Yard: 2.5 tons included
• 20 Yard: 3 tons included
• 30 Yard: 4 tons included
• 40 Yard: 5 tons included

Overweight charges are determined by the disposal facility at the time of dump and passed through to the customer at cost. You will receive an itemized invoice showing the exact facility charge billed to your payment method on file.

5. Prohibited Materials

The following are strictly prohibited in all DumpX360 dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or flammable materials
• Paint, oils, solvents, or automotive fluids
• Batteries, tires, or electronics (e-waste)
• Asbestos or other regulated materials
• Medical or biohazard waste

Loading prohibited materials may result in additional disposal fees, removal of the dumpster without refund, and liability for any resulting fines or cleanup costs.

6. Delivery & Placement

You are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and legal placement location. DumpX360 and its Suppliers are not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, or property resulting from dumpster placement. If a permit is required to place a dumpster on a public street, obtaining that permit is the customer's responsibility.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations 24+ hours before delivery: Full refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery: 50% refund
• Cancellations after delivery: No refund — pickup fee may apply

8. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a booking you authorize DumpX360 to charge your payment method for the rental fee and any applicable overage or extended rental fees. You will receive an email receipt for every charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

DumpX360 acts as a marketplace and is not liable for the actions, delays, or service quality of independent Suppliers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question.
